Go From Uncertain Delivery to Prepared Facilitation

You know your material. What you cannot see from your slide deck is how you will respond when nobody answers, an activity falls flat, your timing gets away from you or your mind suddenly goes blank..

Let Me See It gives you focused support to rehearse your facilitation before your workshop or receive objective feedback while delivering it to a live audience.

Your Workshop Is Built.
Now You Need To Know What Happens In Real-Time.

IMPROVE YOUR FACILITATION SKILLS

What Is "Let Me See It"?

It’s hard to improve what you can’t see. When you are in the middle of facilitating a workshop, your focus is on getting through the lesson, managing the classroom engagement, working the tech, timing and other parts of facilitating a workshop. This makes it easy to miss what your participants are experiencing.

Let Me See It gives you an experienced outside perspective on your workshop facilitation. Depending on the option you select, I’ll observe you during a private rehearsal or while you facilitate the actual workshop.

You’ll be observed and rated on various aspects of training facilitation. Afterwards you'll receive practical feedback about what is working, what may interfere with the participant experience and what you can do differently.

Choose The Workshop Support That Fits Your Needs

You already have a workshop to deliver. Now you can choose whether you want help preparing before delivery day or feedback based on what happens during the actual workshop.

Private Facilitation Coaching & Practice

(3) hours of private rehearsal, refinement & feedback

We’ll work through the parts of your workshop that make you feel the most uncertain. You’ll practice selected portions of your delivery while I help you strengthen your explanations, questions, transitions, activity instructions, timing and responses to situations that may not go according to plan.

You’ll leave knowing what to adjust and how you want to approach the workshop on delivery day.

Live Facilitation Evaluation

Up to (3) hours observing an actual workshop + evaluation/feedback process

Invite me to observe as you deliver your workshop to a live audience. I’ll evaluate how you explain the content, guide participation, manage activities, respond to the room and move participants through the learning experience.

Virtual evaluation is available regardless of location. If you are local to me, on-site evaluation may also be available.

The Way You Facilitate

We can examine how you open the workshop, explain the content, ask questions, transition between topics, introduce activities and manage your time.

We can also address what you will do if participants are quiet, instructions are misunderstood, an activity falls flat, an unexpected question is asked or the session begins moving faster or slower than planned.

The Participant Experience

We’ll look beyond what you are saying and consider what participants are experiencing.

Are they following your explanations? Do they know what they are supposed to do? Are your questions creating meaningful discussion? Do the activities reinforce the workshop outcome? Are participants being asked to think, practice and apply—or mostly sit and listen?

Who Is "Let Me See It" For?

For coaches, consultants and experts who have a workshop to deliver and want support with facilitation.

You may be preparing for your first workshop and wondering how you will perform in front of real participants. You may have delivered before but struggled with low participation, awkward discussions, confusing activities, poor timing or a session that simply felt flat.

This Sprint is appropriate when your workshop exists and your question is:

“How can I deliver this more effectively?”

FAQ section

You've got questions. We've got answers.

"Do I need to have a completed workshop?"

Not at all. If you have a workshop or training session you're preparing to deliver—even if it's only an hour—you can use the Private Facilitation Coaching & Practice session to rehearse what you have, work through your delivery, and get feedback before you facilitate it with a live audience. The focus of Let Me See It is on how you facilitate, so you don't need a perfectly polished or finalized workshop before we begin.

"What if I want to rehearse and I don't have a live audience?"

You don't need one. Private Facilitation Coaching & Practice is designed to give you a safe place to rehearse your workshop without a live audience. You can practice your delivery with me, pause when needed, work through sections that feel uncomfortable or uncertain, make adjustments, and try them again. The focus is on giving you dedicated time to practice and receive feedback before you're facilitating in front of actual participants.

"What if my workshop is longer than 3 hours?"

That’s completely fine. I don’t need to observe your entire workshop to provide meaningful feedback on your facilitation. If your workshop is longer than three hours, we’ll identify the portion of the session that gives me the best opportunity to observe your delivery, participant engagement, pacing, transitions, activities, and how you respond to the room. The goal is to observe enough of your facilitation to identify patterns, strengths, and areas where adjustments could make a difference.

"What exactly are you evaluating?"

I’m evaluating how effectively you facilitate the learning experience—not whether you’re a perfect presenter. I’ll look at how clearly you explain the content, guide discussions and activities, encourage participation, manage your pacing and transitions, respond to questions and unexpected moments, and adjust to what is happening in the room. I’ll also look at whether participants appear to understand, engage with, and apply what you’re teaching. The goal is to identify what’s working, where your facilitation may be getting in the way of learning, and the specific adjustments you can make for your next delivery.

"Will you interrupt me while I am facilitating?"

Absolutely not. This is your live workshop with real participants, and my role is to observe—not interfere with your facilitation. I’ll take notes throughout the session and allow you to manage the room, respond to participants, make decisions, and work through unexpected moments as they happen. We’ll address my observations, feedback, and recommended adjustments afterward so your participants’ learning experience is never disrupted by the evaluation.

"What happens after the observation?"

After the observation, I’ll review my notes and prepare your written evaluation with feedback on what worked well, where I identified opportunities for improvement, and the adjustments I recommend for your next delivery. We’ll then meet for a private debrief to walk through the feedback, discuss your experience, answer your questions, and identify the areas you should focus on moving forward.

"Can this be done virtually or in person?"

Yes. Private Facilitation Coaching & Practice and Live Facilitation Evaluation can both be done virtually. In-person support may also be available if you’re located within my local service area. We’ll determine the best format based on your workshop, location, and the type of support you need.

"What if my facilitation needs a lot of work?"

That’s okay—that’s what the evaluation is designed to uncover. My feedback will be honest, constructive, and focused on the areas that will make the greatest difference in your facilitation. If I identify issues that would benefit from more practice, I may recommend Private Facilitation Coaching & Practice so we can work through them together. If the challenges are rooted in how the workshop itself is structured or designed, I may recommend Make It Teachable instead. The goal is to help you understand what isn't working, why, and what kind of support will help you improve it.

"I have more questions...."

Have a question I haven't answered? Email me at hello <at> cctrainingco.com. I'll be happy to answer your questions and help you determine whether Let Me See It—and which type of support—is the right fit for what you need.
