Make It Live is a learning experience implementation service that uses Podia to bring your registration, participant communication, resources, community, and follow-up into one organized learning hub. Instead of juggling emails, files, Zoom links, and handouts across multiple platforms, you'll have one central place to support your participants before, during, and after your workshop—so you can spend less time managing the environment and more time facilitating meaningful learning.

No. You don't need to already have a Podia account before we begin. If you're new to Podia, you can start with their 30-day free trial, which gives us access to the platform to begin building your Learning Hub. If you decide to keep everything we create, you'll need to select a paid Podia plan before the trial ends so your site and participant experience remain active. Your Podia subscription is separate from the cost of Make It Live.
You don’t need a Learning Hub to deliver a great live workshop. But when participants have registration details, pre-work, reminders, handouts, resources, links, replays, and follow-up materials coming from different places, it can become difficult to keep everything organized. A Learning Hub gives your participants one central place to find what they need, organized around the sequence and flow of your workshop. Instead of searching through emails, folders, and links, participants know where to go before, during, and after the workshop—while you spend less time managing the moving pieces behind the scenes.
Make It Live is designed specifically for Podia. By focusing on one platform, I can provide a more consistent setup experience and build your Learning Hub around the features and tools I know well. If you’re currently using another platform, we can discuss whether moving this part of your participant experience to Podia makes sense for what you’re trying to accomplish.
Make It Live is focused on implementing the participant experience for one live workshop or training event inside Podia. Based on the scope we establish before we begin, I may set up your event or sales page, organize your Learning Hub, upload and arrange finalized workshop content and resources, configure participant communications, and set up access to materials, replays, and follow-up resources.
Because setup time depends on the amount and type of content involved, we'll define exactly what will be built before the project begins. All course content, videos, downloads, graphics, and other materials must be finalized and ready for implementation so our time can be focused on building the experience rather than developing or revising the instructional content.
No. Make It Live is an implementation service, not a workshop development service. Before we begin, your workshop content, videos, handouts, downloads, graphics, and other learning materials must be finalized and ready to use. My role is to take those completed materials and build an organized participant experience inside Podia—not to develop, review, revise, or restructure your instructional content. If your workshop still needs to be built or refined, Make It Teachable may be the better place to start.
Once your Learning Hub is built and ready to use, I’ll walk you through the setup so you understand how everything works and how to manage it moving forward. You’ll learn where your content and resources are located, how your participant experience is organized, and how to manage the parts of the system you’ll use to support your workshop. From there, the Learning Hub is yours to manage and use with your participants.
Make It Live includes support for you as the facilitator during the transition, but ongoing technical or customer support for your participants is not included.
Absolutely. Your Learning Hub is built for you to manage after the project is complete. Before we wrap up, I’ll walk you through how everything is organized and show you how to manage the areas you’ll need for your workshop. You won’t need to rely on me every time you want to update a resource, make a change, or prepare for your next group of participants. The goal is to leave you with a system you understand and can confidently manage on your own.
That’s okay. Make It Live doesn’t require you to abandon tools that are already working well for you. We’ll look at your existing setup and determine what can be simplified or brought into Podia and where familiar tools such as Zoom, Google Drive, Calendly, Kit, Miro, or other learning tools may still support the participant experience.
Make It Live does not include learning, configuring, or troubleshooting unfamiliar third-party platforms or building custom integrations between systems. The goal is to create a participant experience that is organized, easy to manage, and built primarily around Podia—not add more technology to your workflow.
