After you book your day and submit your onboarding form, we’ll connect on a planning call to decide what we’ll accomplish during your day. You’ll get prep materials in advance so you feel ready, and during your day I’ll be working only on your project. We’ll stay in touch throughout the day via Voxer, Slack, or a shared doc. At the end of the day, I’ll deliver what we agreed to — and give you a walkthrough so you know how to use it.
Nope — and that’s a good thing. Quality takes focus, and every business is different. What I do guarantee is that you’ll get my full attention for the day, and we’ll make major progress on the most important parts of your site.
It depends on how many pages and deliverables you need. Some clients just need 1–2 VIP days to launch, others spread their build over 5-7 days. We’ll map this out during your planning call so you know exactly what to expect.

Yes! That’s one of the best parts of working with me. If you don’t already have your brand voice nailed down, we’ll do a voice exercise to help you find your message — then I’ll write your copy for you so it’s clear, authentic, and connects with your audience.

You’ll get 14 days of light support, plus any necessary training to help you maintain and update your new site. If you want to keep working together, I offer hourly support and maintenance packages exclusively for VIP clients.
