Hi! I'm Sabrina, founder of Creative Cat Training & Design and creator of the ElevatED Training program. My path to instructor development wasn’t typical (fun fact: I started in education, pivoted to cybersecurity and now I focus on instructor development and experiential learning). But after years of building educational programs, teaching in them, and watching participants struggle with untrained instructors, I realized what truly matters: giving employees the tools to teach and implement —so they can positively impact their organizations.
