Popular Training Questions That We Get
On-Site Training and workshop rates are based on 10 students per class. Each subsequent student after 10 is $150 per student with a class cap for ElevatED | Essentials at 15. Technical classes (AI / Copilot) are capped at 10.
A discovery call is required so that we can determine which ElevatED program or course is right for you based upon the needs of your institution. If ElevatED will meet your needs, then payment will be accepted in one of the following ways:
Full payment up front to schedule the training
OR
a 50% deposit is collected at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid 7 days before the training begins. If final payment is not received by this time, 25% of the deposit will be forfeited, with the remaining 25% will be refunded.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card via our online portal.
Assuming full payment is received prior to training, 14 days is needed. This gives us time to reach out to your institution to gather materials and customize training to meet the needs of your instructors.
If no customization is required then 7 lead time is needed.
All training and services can be delivered virtually or at the client site.
At this time, all customizations are made to the ElevatED Essentials, AI and Canva Trainer courses. Individual customizations depending upon subject are made through The ElevatED VIP program.
