Rates vary based on scope, duration, and customization. Most engagements are priced after an initial conversation to ensure alignment with your goals.
Class sizes (without computer use) are capped at 15.
Technical courses (classes with computers) are capped at 10.
In addition, where and when appropriate, all workbooks, supporting handouts and interactive exercises are included in the price.
When you reach out to me, we will have a discovery call so that I can learn about your goals and determine what, if any training is the right solution. Then, I will provide a quote and service agreement based upon our conversation. Once you've reviewed the information and decide to move forward, then payment will be required to secure the engagement. You can either provide.
Full payment up front to schedule training
OR
A 50% deposit is collected at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid 7 days before the training begins. If the final payment is not received by this time, 25% of the deposit will be forfeited, with the remaining 25% refunded.
Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card through Creative Cat's online portal.
Lead time depends on the course topic and level of customization. For tailored training, a minimum of 2–4 weeks is recommended.
Preparation time for most training engagements is approximately 2–4 weeks.
Because training is customized to your organization, a consultation and needs assessment are typically conducted before delivery. This helps ensure the training reflects your goals, policies, procedures, and technical environment.
Clients should designate a primary point of contact who can answer questions and provide information needed during the customization process.
Most training and services are delivered virtually, allowing for greater flexibility and accessibility. On-site delivery may be available when it supports the learning objectives and provides meaningful value to participants.

If you need support designing and building your own workshop or training program, I also offer done-with-you guidance through my Make It Teachable service.
At this time, I do not provide standalone instructional design or course development services for training that will be facilitated by another instructor. If your project requires services outside my area of focus, I may be able to refer you to a trusted partner.
